FILMMAKING WORKSHOP INFORMATION |
| COMING SOON 2009 |
The heart of Korea, Seoul is the center for the nation’s political, economical and cultural activities. Seoul is a city of infinite discoveries. The ancient capital of an ancient land, Seoul is a city where the traditional and the cutting-edge exist side-by-side in perfect harmony.
It’s a dynamic city that never sleeps, and the list of things to do is endless, from sampling the outstanding cuisine served in the city’s excellent restaurants to climbing the rock faces that overlook the city. Come to Seoul, and learn why so many travelers fall in love with this fast-paced but relaxing city.
During the Four-week Digital Film Making Workshop, you will write, shoot, direct, and edit your own short films. Your teachers will demystify the craft of digital filmmaking production and challenge you to use the medium to its best advantage.
Students work in three to four person crews to complete each film. Every student directs three films. When their colleagues direct, students rotate among the key crew positions.
At the end of the course, the final films are celebrated in a screening open to cast, crew, friends and family. All students who successfully complete the workshop will receive a New York Film Academy Diploma and a DVD copy of their film.
