Alberto Frezza is an actor and director born in Milan, Italy and raised in Ethiopia. Although he initially aspired to become a soccer player, Frezza decided to pursue an acting career after watching the 1986 film Stand By Me.
He initially attended NYFA Los Angeles, graduating from our 1-Year Filmmaking program in 2007. Frezza later graduated from our 2-Year Acting for Film Program at NYFA New York in 2010.
He made his acting debut in the short film Pills (2008) and then appeared in another short film, Tell My Heart How, in 2010. Frezza also appeared on a 2010 episode of the TV comedy series The Shorts Show.
In 2011, Frezza appeared in an episode of Charlie’s Angels. The following year, he made his feature film debut as Antonino in Battle Force. He also played Max in Angel Falls in Love (2012) and appeared in an episode of the TV series Touch the same year.
Frezza made his next feature film appearance in Born to Race: Fast Track (2014), starring Brett Davern, Beau Mirchoff, and Bill Sage. He then appeared in the TV movie Broad Squad (2015). In 2016, Frezza played Deputy Garrett Skyes in all ten episodes of the Freeform TV series Dead of Summer. He co-starred with Elizabeth Mitchell and Elizabeth Lail in the series.
Meanwhile, Frezza appeared in the short films Excuse and Shotgun Diaries in 2017. Frezza then starred as Ryan Tanner in the action-drama Station 19, a spinoff of Grey’s Anatomy, between 2018 and 2020. He also appeared in three episodes of the TV series The Flight Attendant in 2020. Frezza subsequently co-starred with Katherine Barrell in the TV movie A Godwink Christmas: Miracle of Love (2021). Most recently, he appeared in a 2022 episode of CSI: Vegas.
