Farkhat Sharipov is a writer, director, and producer from Kazakhstan. His film The Secret of a Leader premiered at the Busan International Film Festival. The film also received the Grand Prix at Moscow International Film Festival, the NETPAC Award -Special Jury Award at Aimanov Film Festival in Almaty, and the Grand Prix at Eurasia International Film Festival.
