Omoni Oboli is a Nigerian award-winning actress, author, producer and filmmaker who attended NYFA’s 4-Week Digital Editing workshop in 2010. That same year, she won the award for Best Actress Narrative Feature at the Los Angeles Movie Awards, and the award for Best Actress at the Harlem International Film Festival. She was also nominated for the Best Actress in a leading role award at the 2011 Africa Movie Academy Awards, and in 2014, she won Big Screen Actress of the Year award at the 2014 ELOY for her film, Being Mrs Elliott.
Her 2019 film, Love is War, is currently streaming on Netflix.
