Producing Projects

Build Your Producer Portfolio at NYFA

At NYFA’s Producing School, students learn how to oversee the development, financing, production, marketing, and distribution of creative works. Throughout our programs at NYFA New York and Los Angeles, students will work on a variety of hands-on projects, learning the elements of creative producing and production management used throughout the filmmaking, television, media, and entertainment industries. The degree programs will culminate in the creation of a Thesis Package. Our degree and certificate students may also participate in special on-campus events such as Pitchfest, where they can pitch their thesis projects.

As our degree, certificate, and workshops are available at multiple campuses, be advised that projects and assignments will vary by location. Additionally, the projects listed below are examples of the work available to students, and not an all-encompassing list. Please see the course catalog for more information.
