New York Film Academy (NYFA) welcomed Ida Garland, for a special guest lecture and Q&A at NYFA’s New York campus as part of NYFA’s monthly photography guest speaker series.

Ida Garland is a visuals editor, photo agent, producer, and designer. She began her career at Hearst publications. From there, she moved throughout the editorial world working at Popular Mechanics, Cosmopolitan, Seventeen magazine, Redbook, Oprah, and Entertainment Weekly. After her editorial run, Ida moved into the position of Junior Agent/Producer at Apostrophe Reps.
